Virtual rewards. Any points, credits, badges, progress, or similar items shown in the App are virtual features only. They have no cash value and may not be redeemed or transferred.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DramaCash: Watch & Earn (the "App"), provided by SEANISTICS.Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you cannot legally agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree where required by law.
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Agreement to these Terms does not replace a separate privacy consent required by law.
The App provides access to short-form drama and entertainment content, viewing features, and may offer virtual in-app rewards related to eligible activity. Features, available content, advertisements, and service availability can vary by region, device, App version, network connection, licenses, and third-party service availability.
You must provide accurate information if you create or use an account. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity taken through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may require age verification or other eligibility checks where permitted or required by law.
Content in the App may be owned by us or by licensors. It is provided for personal, non-commercial viewing through the App unless we expressly state otherwise. Content availability may change without notice when reasonably necessary due to licensing, legal, technical, or business reasons. You must not record, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or circumvent restrictions on content except where applicable law permits.
The App may display points, credits, badges, progress, or similar virtual in-app rewards for eligible activity. These items are entertainment features only: they have no cash value, may not be redeemed or transferred, are not a bank account, stored-value product, or payment instrument, and do not create property or contractual rights outside the App.
We may adjust, limit, suspend, remove, or expire virtual rewards or eligibility rules as reasonably necessary to operate the App, address errors or abuse, comply with law, or change the service. We do not guarantee that a particular activity will generate a reward or that a reward feature will remain available.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for lawful personal use. Rights in the App, branding, interface, and original materials remain with their respective owners. Third-party components and content remain subject to their applicable licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted by mandatory law or an open-source license.
You must not use the App to violate another person’s rights, access accounts without authorization, manipulate viewing, reward, or advertising systems, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct, or copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the App except as permitted by applicable law. You must not use automated means to access the App unless we expressly allow them.
The App may include advertisements and third-party services. They may require an internet connection and use mobile data; you are responsible for charges from your network provider. Advertisements, linked websites, and third-party products may have separate terms and privacy policies. Displaying an advertisement does not mean we endorse its claims or products.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App, with notice where required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of a specific title, feature, advertisement, or third-party service. Install updates from an authorized distribution source.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, where applicable, closing your account through available settings or by contacting us. Uninstalling does not automatically remove information already held by third-party services; see the Privacy Policy for information about deletion requests.
We may restrict or terminate access to services we operate where reasonably necessary to address material violations, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, suitability for every purpose, or error-free performance. Mandatory consumer rights and warranties remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SEANISTICS.Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
We may revise these Terms and update the date shown above. We will provide notice of material changes and request agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the affected services.
